Fast-A-Thon 2008
September 9th, 2008
Fast-A-Thon 2008 is the MSA's biggest event in the Fall with yearly attendance numbers of approximately 200 or more students (in 2007, we hosted more than 250 students). This year, Fast-A-Thon will be held in the Ogg Hall Banquet Room, so we would really like a good number of students from Housing to attend.
The Fast-A-Thon brings together students of all faiths and all cultural/social backgrounds to join Muslims around the world in fasting from Dawn to Sunset on Thursday, September 25. Participants will then join the MSA at sunset to break their fast at the Ogg Banquet Hall. Food will be provided by various restaurants in the Madison Area. Further, the MSA will provide students with lectures and professional entertainment to finish off the night.
